The cost of our services is a flat fee of $300 for the complete divorce package customized to your situation, filled with information you will provide in the form below. This service is for uncontested Divorce ONLY. The package includes;

* Cover Sheet

* Divorce Complaint 

* Divorce Final Degree

* Privacy Addendum 

* Acceptance of Waiver, if applicable

* Publication Affidavit, if applicable

* Ore Tenus Request, if applicable

* Plaintiff & Witness Written Affidavits, if applicable

 

What's not included in the package? The VS-4 form must be in the original form used by the court, it can't be a photocopy. This form must be requested when you filed your package with the clerks at the Courthouse.

Our flat fee of $300 does not cover the court fee of the Divorce process which is about $86 PLUS any additional services if needed, such as Service by Publication $25 (money order only), Service by Sheriff between $12-$24, and Service of Private Processor $50-75.

When you are ready to begin the Divorce Process please fill in the form below, all questions with a red asterisk are required. We recommended that you have the required information ready before you begin.  The form will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. Once you have completed the form, you can make the payment in the box below the form. Once we complete your package and your payment is processed,  within 24 hours you will receive your package in a PDF file ready to print, for you to sign and submit to the courts.

Please note: proper filing and service of documents and payment of related notary, court, and filing fees are your responsibility. The legal documents offered by our sites are intended to be prepared and filed within thirty (30) days. Changes in laws and document guidelines can make older documents obsolete or unacceptable for courts. Therefore, your prepared documents must be filed within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
