The cost of our E-Notary services is a flat fee of $25, for up to 5 notarial acts in the same document.

When you are ready to begin the E-Notary Service please fill in the form below, all questions with a red asterisk are required, is recommended to have the required information ready before you begin.  The form will take about 3-5 minutes to complete. Once you have completed we will review your form and email you with any questions or clarifications. Once we complete your package, we will send you a link to send in your payment, once payment is processed, you will receive your package in a PDF file.
