The cost of our services is a flat fee of $25 for the complete legal name change package customized to your situation, filled with the information you provide us. The package includes;

* Cover Sheet

* Name Change Motion 

* Name Change Final Order

Our flat fee of $25 does not cover the court fee of the Legal Name Change which is about $41.

Once you have completed we will review your form and email you with any questions or clarifications.
